I’m not ready to say it means he’s got it in the bag, but that’s really horrifying overall because, frankly, I don’t know what he could possibly do to lose conservative support.
Also, I’m really goddamn tired of hearing people (Ron Paul in this case) say government is the problem. Government is not the problem. It is a tool. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes not. Calling it “the problem” just begs the question of why we don’t just abolish the federal government entirely.
