A second thought

Pat Buchanan keeps talking about a CNN poll that shows the majority are against the health care bill. However, it doesn’t say why, which is important. Lots, lots of liberals are against it because it doesn’t go far enough. So all of these windbags saying “most Americans see this bill as an overreach” is, frankly, bullshit.

After all, that’s why a second CNN poll shows that more people trust Obama than Republicans to run health care. People are simply making things up at this point.

Also, Pat Buchanan sitting on MSNBC saying “we [Republicans] don’t have a voice in the dominant media” is just hilarious.

  1. More attention needs to be paid to this point. I remember a couple months ago, polls were showing the same thing – public support was falling off for the bill. But one outfit did a poll that actually asked people WHY they were losing interest in the bill, and they learned that it was because it was getting so watered down and everything good seemed to have been stripped out of it. Of course, the only place you read that was on liberal blogs — the MSM just kept harping on the fact that support was falling, never bothering to mention why.

I feel another apoplectic hissy fit coming on.
